New System Update
Dear Members,
Firstly, thank you for your patience over the last couple of days as we transitioned over to a new IT system.
We wanted to let you know that your data has been migrated safely and securely and we are now fully operational with our new system, website and app.

We also wanted to share some highlights of our first few days with you:
- 4160 members received PIN instructions enabling online access
- We have received over £260,000 in new loan applications
Please continue to bear with us as we allocate more PINS to you. We will be making outbound calls for the next 7 days to ensure all our members have access to their online account. Should you need any support with PINS please send an email to reception@1stclasscu.co.uk. It is also worth mentioning that our phone lines will be very busy until the end of the week – we thank you in advance for your patience.
The migration to our new system is the foundation for our organisation to grow. We look forward to the weeks and months ahead as we welcome more members to our common bond.
