We’ve got a new Direct Debits process
At 1st Class Credit Union, we believe in continuously improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our members. We understand that managing your finances effectively requires seamless and transparent transactions. That's why we’re delighted to announce an exciting enhancement to our direct debit process. With this update, we aim to provide you with increased convenience, clarity, and peace of mind when it comes to managing your payments.
Streamlined Communication and Peace of Mind:
Starting this month, all direct debit payers will receive a monthly email confirmation containing essential details about their upcoming payment. This email will clearly state the amount and the date on which the payment will be processed. We want to assure you that these emails are not spam; they are coming directly from 1st Class Credit Union. By proactively providing this information, we aim to enhance your financial awareness and facilitate better planning.
Transparent Set-Up Process:
In addition to the monthly confirmation emails, we have also introduced a simplified procedure for setting up new direct debits. When you wish to establish a new direct debit arrangement, all you need to do is click on the link provided by us. This link will direct you to a secure portal where you can input the necessary information. Once you have successfully submitted your direct debit details, a confirmation email will be sent to you, confirming that the setup has been completed.
