‘Save with 1st Class Credit Union - a financial co-operative owned and controlled by members’

We recently teamed up with Cooperatives UK and Reach PLC to bring an article to their Business Live page highlighting 1^st Class Credit Union for the UK-wide campaign, Co-op Fortnight.

Originally launched in 2010, Co-op Fortnight has gone from strength to strength. Co-op Fortnight is organised by Co-operatives UK and is then brought to life through events and sharing stories about the power of cooperation via social media.

This year we want to tell inspiring stories that show how co-ops are making a difference to people, to communities, and the wider economy. Co‑op Fortnight takes place from Monday 19 June to Sunday 2 July, with the International Day of Co-ops taking place on Saturday 1 July.
