Cruse Scotland have been supporting bereaved people in Scotland for over 60 years, and are the nation’s leading charity dedicated to helping people understand, process and navigate their grief.
It doesn’t matter the age, the relationship to the deceased, or how recent or long ago the death occurred, Cruse Scotland are here to offer hope when the future seems empty.
Their free bereavement services are often referred to as ‘life-saving’ and are designed to ensure that anyone needing support receives the right help at the right time, building resilience and improving well-being at a time of great sorrow, stress and loss.
1st Class Credit Union and Cruse Scotland both believe that no one should struggle alone after the death of a loved one, so we are delighted to help raise awareness of the vital bereavement support available should you, or someone you know, need to talk in confidence with a grief professional.
